Are you looking to be held accountable for your meditation practice?
Are you wanting to meditate in a group and commune with others?
Are you looking for an easy way to implement a meditation practice?
If you answered yes to any of the above then join me the first 7 days of January 2022 and start your new year off right.
No prior experience is necessary and all are welcome. If you already have a practice, great! If not, no worries. I will give you simple instructions to have you off and meditating like a pro.
For one dollar a day, you can join me and my community in coming together and turning our focus inward as we sit comfortably, in silence, with eyes closed, for 20 minutes.
Hop off the call after we're done or hang out and commune for a bit. The choice is yours.
