Hello and thank you for registering for January's 7-Day Meditation Challenge. We are excited to have you with us!

This 7-Day Meditation Challenge is open to all that are interested and is scheduled for 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM EST (New York) January 1-7, 2022

Whether you are a seasoned meditator or a first timer, all are welcome to join.

The practice consists of sitting comfortably in silence for 20 minutes with the eyes closed either using a mantra or by simply placing your awareness on your breath.

I will offer brief instructions at the start so no worries if you have never meditated before or have been practicing for years.

We will begin with a brief welcome and simple instructions along with a bit of insight lasting about 5 mins. From there, we engage in meditation as described above. Afterwards, you are free to hop off or stick around and commune.

After each group meditation, there will be an opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and hear more about the benefits consistent daily meditation brings.

This 7-Day Meditation Challenge is a great way to connect with other meditators and deepen your practice.

Even if you have not been meditating regularly (or this is your first time), I encourage you to attend and look forward to seeing each of you!
