Our supported group container will facilitate the exploration of the Kriya Mantra Meditation practice.

Be guided along as you try something new to plug into your nervous system and clear your auric field while you explore the mantra of Sat Nam Wahe Guru. It might feel and sound a bit 'woo woo' and it's okay to feel it, maybe it is time to expand your comfort zone and your auric capacity with something new just like this anyway.

Each day, for 7 days we will dedicate yourself to an 11-minute mantra practice.

The finer details:

~ This supported group container will be opened on the November full moon, Sunday November 17th.

~ On this day we will share with you the WHAT, WHY and HOW through a few shorter videos which are aimed to share clarity of the practice and the 7 days ahead ~ you can watch these videos at a time that suits you on Sunday.

~ Then from the following day, Monday, you will commence your 7 days of the practice, supported by our daily practice videos and interactions within the group container.

~ The intention of the group container is to support you to stay on track & share the wisdom we have gained through our years of using mantra the shift and in many ways elevate our lives. We welcome questions, reflections and experiences in this group container.

Special Note : This group container will be facilitated in WhatsApp, you will need to have the app downloaded on your phone & provide your mobile number through your ticket purchase process so we can add you to the group.
