7 What Ifs of Lifestyle, Nutrition & Longevity
Event description
7 What Ifs of Lifestyle, Nutrition & Longevity
What if there is no one-size-fits-all all diet?
What if our social life and exercise is more important than our nutrition for our longevity?
What if our best years are in front of us and not behind us?
Join us in Marion on Tuesday September 26 as Longevity & Life Design Strategist Marcus Pearce shares his research and insights on some of the curly questions surrounding nutrition, longevity and lifestyle practices.
Across the evening we will be covering...
Why centenarians love coffee, wine and chocolate.
Why our attitude to ageing is cutting almost a decade from our lives.
The link between diet and social anxiety.
How to find your happy medium with food.
Why no one diet is the answer.
What the best foods are for energy, clarity and ageing well.
What the best diet is - according to the people who have lived the longest
And so much more!
