75th Anniversary Celebration of the California State Lifeguards

Please join us to celebrate and honor the California State Lifeguards' colorful 75-year history of Service, Vigilance, & Endurance. This multi-day event will not be one to miss as we commemorate this milestone anniversary of the entire California State Parks Lifeguard Service.
Nightly activities:
Sunday, Aug 3: Reception, dinner, speeches, History of the State Parks Lifeguards movie, Live Music
Monday, Aug 4: Robert J. Isenor Awards Ceremony, Dinner
Tuesday, Aug 5: 'Still Watching' Lifeguard Storyteller Panels, Dinner, Live Music
Group-oriented daytime activities on Monday & Tuesday allow for more time to connect and will include:
Golf
Pickleball
Backcountry Hiking
Surfing
Lap Swimming

The 75th event will be the largest State Lifeguard Anniversary Celebration to date, and we hope you can attend one, if not several, of the nighttime events with us.
NOTE: The USLA National Lifeguard Championships will be August 6-9 at Huntington State Beach. Plan for a full week of lifeguard engagement & activities.
