Over 8 weeks we will explore our bodies as we pair breathe with movement as we flow through various Yoga postures. This term we will use inspiration from around the world to flow our bodies. A deeper focus will be on acceptance of others, diversity, and understanding what makes us unique and different.

We will dive into big emotions and changes that are occurring within our bodies, discussing and developing skills, strategies and tools to help empower us to flow with changes.

No, this yoga is not the boring kind!

We understand the ebbs and flow of children’s changing energy and attention span. The need for wonder, excitement, fun, creativity AND a safe space for connecting in with kindness, peace and relaxation.

That’s why, in our kids yoga classes we weave mindfulness, life skills and tools of emotional regulation through a carefully planned out class. Offered through interactive stories, fun games, easy to relate to analogies, engaging props, and music we are able to teach the wisdoms of yoga, practice Yoga asanas (movements), breathing techniques, positive words of affirmations and relaxation.
