Connection and Belonging: A RP Family Constellations Workshop - Presented by Sono Hashisaki & Tanya Shapiro @ FREMONT ABBEY
Event description
Connection and Belonging: A RP Family Constellations Workshop
Presented by Sono Hashisaki and Tanya Shapiro
Saturday, August 16 (9am-5pm) at Fremont Abbey
Have you recently experienced a sense of unease or even a pervasive feeling of dread during times of uncertainty and swift changes? Maintaining a fragile sense of normalcy is sometimes the best we can do but even so, may not be sustainable. Coming to ground in deep connection with ourselves, our families, our friends, and community is our best resource and foundational to resilient engagement with life circumstances.
This workshop will use deep listening, shared conversation, and Realization Process attunements in conjunction with Family and System Constellations to:
contact yourself in your body to experience qualities of stillness, balance, and steadiness;
explore the strengths and challenges of culture and lineage;
‘be with’ your sensitivities and held patterns, without prejudice or judgment;
deepen your understanding and contact with your ancestors, allies, mentors, and nature
as your greatest belonging and greatest resource;
look at any challenge, problem or symptom from an expanded view of family and other
systemic influences;
respectfully observe what is behind our blocks regarding work, health, relationships, or
finance, for greater relief and increased vitality in our lives today.
This workshop is accessible for people of all physical abilities and backgrounds and will be conducted in English with Spanish translation if requested.
