Awaken Your Authentic Voice: A Vocal Empowerment Workshop with Sarah Conner
August 29 2025 | Fremont Abbey, Seattle
Your voice is not just a sound—
It is a portal.
A compass.
A remembering.
Join vocal empowerment mentor and ceremonial vocalist Sarah Conner for a soul-stirring workshop designed to reconnect you with the true power, freedom, and magic of your voice.
In this experiential gathering, you'll be guided through a transformational journey of sound, expression, and embodiment. Through vocal play, energetic alignment, and sacred improvisation, you’ll explore the voice not only as an instrument—but as a gateway to your inner knowing, your creativity, and your unshakeable self-worth.
This is not a singing workshop in the traditional sense.
It’s a homecoming.
Whether you’re a seasoned performer, a secret shower singer, or someone who’s felt silenced for years—this space is for you.
✨ Together, we will:
Unravel limiting beliefs and conditioning around the voice
Awaken vocal confidence through intuitive and embodied practices
Explore the intersection of voice, emotion, and spiritual expression
Reclaim the joy, power, and play that lives in your natural sound
Practice improvisational singing in a supportive, nonjudgmental space
Remember what it feels like to speak, sing, and be from your truth
You’ll leave not only with a more liberated voice—but with a deeper connection to yourself, your body, and your purpose.
This is a space of freedom, healing, and reverence—a place to be witnessed in your fullness and to remember that your voice was never meant to be small.
You do not need to be a “singer” to attend.
You only need to bring your breath, your courage, and your willingness to meet yourself more fully.
Let your voice surprise you.
Let it show you the parts of yourself you forgot you were allowed to love.
Let it guide you home.
