Get your friends together for a night of Mexican cooking whilst sipping amazing cocktails.

And if you want to make new amigos, this is also the event for you.

What to expect:

● The event will be hosted online in a relaxed virtual environment.

● You will be able to choose to interact with the rest of us online or you can remain anonymous while cooking at home.

● After purchasing your tickets, we will send you an email confirming your delivery address and also asking if you joining with other friends so we can create a group for you.

● During the class, Gerardo López and his special guests will guide you through the steps and secrets of authentic Mexican cooking whilst you enjoy a couple of amazing mezcal cocktails.

● We will send you a box with all the Mexican ingredients you need, including a bottle of mezcal for your cocktails, plus a shortlist of fresh produce to get for the day 😊

● Our ingredients and recipes are enough to feed 2 adults but if you would like to cook dinner for the whole family, you can purchase additional ingredients.

● During the class will teach how to cook both meat and vegan/vegetarian meals.

What we will be cooking:

We will start the night shaking some margaritas by superstar bartender from Sonder
Followed by:
- Traditional Guacamole
- Fish or Cauliflower Ceviche
- Tinga Tacos (chicken and eggplant)
We will prepare a second mezcal cocktail halfway into the class with the assistance of another superstar bartender from On Top Bar
And we will finish up the night with a delicious dessert by Mexican baker Shai from Dulce Beso

List of ingredients you need to buy:

1kg tomatoes, preferably truss or gourmet
2 avocados, need to be ripe on Friday
1 fresh jalapeno chilli. optional if you like spicy food
500 g lime, about 10 limes
1 red onion
2 brown onions
½ coriander bunch
1 Lebanese cucumber
0.5 l fresh orange juice

And depending on your dietary requirements:

200 g chicken thighs, preferably free-range fillets and boneless 100 g of barramundi or snapper fillets, no bones or skin	1 medium eggplant, roughly 200g to 250g ¼ of a cauliflower head
