This isn't a pretty yoga retreat, this is a real and raw experience in the elements to give you something meaningful back that you can't get anywhere else.

When was the last time your phone was off for four days straight?

Or when you were totally disconnected from the noise of modern life?

What about the last time you felt deep peace in your body and mind?

If you can't remember when or what that feels like, this trip was built for guys like you.

Busy, hard working guys that will always keep giving as much as they can to their families, friends and colleagues - they just don't know how to find any more to give.

The Trip in a Nutshell:

Eight men, two experienced guides, four days walking through the Snowy Mountains backcountry in winter carrying everything you need, sleeping in shelters you build, summiting 8 of the 10 highest peaks on the continent.

Fully organised from head to toe, all you have to do is be willing to show up and put one foot in front of the other.

Fully catered, with gourmet award-winning food. You'll get 1-on-1 gear calls to sort your kit and organise anything being hired which can be done through our provider with our help, a customised training program run through our app, and group calls before and after you're back to help the reset actually stick.

Why winter, and why the effort?

Most retreats hand you comfort right?

This one hands you space, challenge and the raw elements in nature, because that is what ignites our masculinity.

The kind of space on offer here is the type that only shows up when there's nothing left to check, manage, or perform for days on end.

The masks come off and the real you comes out.

One weekend of real physical effort, wild nature and wide open horizons, and your mind finally has the space to go quiet.

You come back tired in the body but clear in the head - which, if you've been running a business or a family or both for years, is a feeling you've probably forgotten is available to you.

That's the real break you need, and where the next chapter opens.

Who this is for?

Business owners, professionals, dads - men who are good at carrying a lot and not great at putting it down.

The guys that need to get back in touch with nature, and their own true nature.

They guys that want to be able to handle pressure better, show up as a more present husband and father, and who need a break from the noise to get clear on their thoughts.
