Remember "Aerobics Oz Style"? Yeah, me neither.

But hey, if you're looking to get your old school Aerobics on...whether it's a little or a lot, dust off those neon leg warmers, break out the 80's costumes, bring a water bottle, towel, if you want to feel the extra burn pack your ankle weights or 1kg dumbbells and Em Stemm will bring the vibes and get everyone moving!

Don't forget to bring along a friend or two for even more fun,

This event is being held in conjunction with 2026 Mental Health Week 'Build Community, Build Wellbeing' and proudly sponsored by the Connecting Communities Program, a partnership between BMA and Dysart Community Support Group.
