Discover the secrets to the perfect Japanese Slipper, or how to get the sweet, tangy fizz in a Fruit Tingle. All made with craft spirits and boutique products. And of course there will be some 80s supper items to feed your appetite too. 

As the perfect accompaniment to your drink, leading pianist Matthew Dennett will set the mood for the night with a playlist filled with all the '80s classics.
