2. We learn a cleansing technique which readies us for meditation.
3. We do various techniques to make this journey as easy as it could be includingrelaxation techniques, then
4. We focus on healing present day bumps in the road followed by
5. A healing meditation and studies. It closes with a very in-depth
cleansing and closing technique
