85th Annual General Meeting

WEDNESDAY, 29 October 2025 at 5.30pm

We are pleased to announce the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Devonport Chamber of Commerce & Industry Inc. which will take place at 5.30pm on Wednesday, 29 October 2025 at the paranaple Convention Centre.

The ordinary business of the Annual General Meeting is to:

• Confirm the minutes of the last AGM

• Receive reports on the activities of the Chamber during the financial year

• Elect Officers Bearers and Ordinary Executive Members (one position available)

• Appoint the Auditor

Annual General Meeting Executive Member Nominations

For a copy of the Nomination Form please contact mail@dcci.org.au.  Nomination Forms must be returned via email by 5pm, Friday 24 October 2025.

To be eligible to be an elected officer of the Chamber that person must have been a member of the Chamber for at least 12 months or accepted by three quarters (75%) of the Executive Committee.
