Soluna Sacred Sound Journeys Sound Bath @ FREMONT ABBEY
Event description
Soluna Sacred Sound Journeys: www.solunasacredsound.com
Join us for a deeply nourishing sound bath led by Amaris and Valera, from SoLuna sacred Sound, where we weave together a tapestry of sound, energy, and presence to support your restoration and renewal.
Together, we create a multi-sensory experience using a variety of sacred instruments—including crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, flute, crystal harp, Handpan, and more—each chosen for its unique ability to guide the body into deep relaxation. Our offering is further enriched with live vocal toning, gentle hands-on support, Reiki energy healing, and the subtle touch of aromatherapy.
We’ll begin grounded on our mats with breathwork and a body-awareness practice to ease into the space. From there, you’ll be gently guided into savasana, where you’ll be immersed in healing frequencies designed to harmonize your nervous system and soothe your spirit.
Sound baths support a shift from the “fight or flight” state into the deeply restorative “rest and digest” mode by accessing the Alpha, Theta, and even Delta brainwave states. In this space of resonance and calm, the body and mind open to healing, clarity, and deep inner peace.
Come as you are, and allow the sounds to carry you home to yourself.
