Veri Hart, your Mayan Cacao Guide with Mayan lineage, will guide us in the energy of the day according to the Mayan Calendar, and share sacred cacao with integrity to its indigenous roots. Ix kakaw is a plant medicine that is the perfect ally to healing as it opens your heart chakra and nourishes body, mind & spirit.

April Fortes, Somatic Healing & Breathwork Guide, will guide us in intention setting, Somatic movement, a powerful breathwork technique that detoxifies the body, mind & soul and releases stuck energy and emotions from the nervous system. We will end with a guided meditation & sound healing to integrate.

Together, the experience helps open up the heart and release old patterns that no longer serve you, creating space for healing to take place and for new life and higher vibrations to emerge.
