at Agni Mandir Healing Arts Retreat

Come enjoy 2 hours of self care in the beautiful Agni Mandir retreat space. 

Return to center with an immersive floating sound journey. Ashlee will play crystal singing bowls, flute, gong, various chimes and textures to help you dip into a state of deep relaxation. She’ll sing ethereal tones and share soft words of encouragement as you feel tension and stress melt away. 

Arrive at 7:30 to enjoy spa amenities like cold plunge, sauna and hot tub. At around 8pm we’ll load onto floats with blanket, eye mask and essential oils. We’ll begin with guided meditation and gentle breath work, before leading into the sound therapy session. We’ll close at 8:30 and you’ll have another 30 minutes to enjoy the amenities. 

This is a safe and sacred space for you to come back home to yourself. Bring a friend, a mother, sister or partner for a memorable experience you can share.

Choose your experience by float in the pool, around the pool in a lounge chair or cabana bed, and outside the pool area in a hammock in forest sanctuary.

If you choose to float, you’ll be provided with a supportive floating mattresses in the pool, complete with a blanket and optional eye mask for an immersive sensory experience.

If you prefer to enjoy the sound healing experience in the forest sanctuary or stay poolside, in a lounge chair or pool cabana, you’re encouraged to bring items to create your own cozy nest — blankets, pillows, or anything that helps you feel supported. We will have a few cozy blankets available to borrow.
