Flight of the Hummingbird is a 9-week Immersive Journey into voice, vibration, creativity, intuition and embodied remembrance — using sound as a pathway back to your authentic resonance, creative vitality and soul expression.

Woven through our journey is the spirit of the hummingbird — our tiny, yet mighty ambassador of resonance, joy and impossibility made possible.

Through intuitive vocal play, vocal activation, elemental exploration, nervous system attunement and energetic coherence, we will gently un-become who we are not… and remember the frequency of what we truly are.
