Ease & Sound

9-Week Gentle Hatha Yoga Series

Wednesdays | 9:30am–10:30am
Elemental & Co Healing Studio | Woy Woy
60-minute weekly class

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need any yoga experience.
You simply come as you are.

Ease & Sound is a gentle 60-minute Hatha Yoga practice that brings traditional yoga movement into the reality of our often busy, stressed and tired modern-day bodies.

Rather than asking the body to push harder, we practise listening to it — working with the body, not against it.

What to expect

Each week, we begin by checking in with where we are today through gentle breathwork and meditation.

How does the body feel today?
Where are we holding tension?
What do we need from our practice?

From there, we gently warm and awaken the body before moving through traditional Hatha-inspired postures and slow, considered movements designed to loosen the body, create space and encourage ease and flow.

There is no pressure to get deeper into a pose, keep up with anyone else or make your body look a certain way.

Instead, we explore one of the most valuable lessons of yoga — finding the balance between effort and ease.

You are encouraged to move at your own pace, rest when you need to and adapt the practice to how your body feels on the day.

We finish each class by slowing everything down with Savasana and sound, allowing time for the body and mind to become still before returning to the rest of your day.

Your 9-Week Pass

This pass includes nine Wednesday morning Ease & Sound classes, creating an opportunity to make gentle movement, breath, sound and rest part of your weekly rhythm.

Coming each week allows you to become more familiar with the movements, notice how your body changes from one week to the next and develop a practice that isn't about performance — but about connection.
