9 Years of Finding Figaro
Event description
A good hoon is a boon for us all. We’ve got some friends in town and, incidentally, it’s been 9 years since we started this racket. In the words of Marco Pierre White, if you don’t season to the max, then it’s underseasoned. With that in mind - we’ve seasoned to the max with friends from here and very far away, a figure 8 of sorts with 2 tooshy-to-tooshy shifts. Main guy Mike Who from Sydney has found time to pop down our way for a special session with our dearest friend Omoloko, the actual nucleus of all things jovial, warm and Kwaito, on the other end, our Olympic it-gurl Adriana w/ your bois on the annual foray into the record bag. All this merriment in the gorgeous bowl of the Fairfield Amphitheatre!

We live, work and play on land that was forcibly taken from Aboriginal people. There has been no Treaty with the First Nations of this place and the effects of colonisation continue to this day. We would like to acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people, on whose land this event will take place. We pay our respects to the Elders past, present and emerging and recognise that sovereignty has never been ceded. Free tickets available for First Nations guests on request.
