I will guide you in choosing one goal to focus on for the next 90 Days - a goal that will help drive your business forward. You'll finish this 4-hour session with an actionable plan with steps mapped out. This workshop is a practical and excellent time investment. It’s a great opportunity to learn in a supportive and inspiring environment and meet other local businesses in the process.

• Create an action plan to achieve that goal

Guest speaker 

Every 90 Day workshop we welcome a different guest speaker to add an extra educational element to your experience. For the September workshop, we are excited to welcome Viktor Zgomba from Maze Accounting. Viktor will be talking about business health checks and how looking at your financial KPIs will help you to identify areas to focus on. This insightful presentation with practical advice will get you to look at your business in a whole new light. 

Helping you keep on track
All attendees will be invited to a mid-point catch-up during the 90 days to keep you on track and overcome any hurdles to ticking off your tasks.

Meet Mel - your workshop guide and coach
