Visa

As of January 2024, e-Visas are no longer required but all visitors MUST obtain an electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA) before departing for Kenya. The application can be done through this website: https://www.etakenya.go.ke/en. Processing time is three (3) working days but in some cases, it may take longer. It is advised to apply for your eTA with plenty of time before your departure as they will not let you board the plane without the proper documentation.

Recommended Hotel

Registration does NOT include travel or hotel accommodations. However, we've curated a selection of hotels for your booking convenience. For this event, Endeavor will act as a facilitator in your booking process.

Kindly refer to this document for hotel options and complete this form to request your preferred hotel, paying special attention to the strict booking deadline of Friday, April 5th. Approximately a month before the event, our team will send each guest payment details and confirmation of their accommodation.
