Thank you for your interest in the Free Tree Giveaway - Last Event!

Our Free Tree Program grows every year (pun intended) and we have one final event to get the extra trees into residents gardens.  Registrations are open to eligible residents including those who have already received free trees or plants this year.

Eligible residents can register for up to FOUR Trees with registrations staggered across two pick up times to avoid lengthy delays with long lines.

These trees are to be planted within the resident's property and are NOT suitable for verges.

Eligibility criteria

• Open to eligible residents and tenants of the City of Stirling who reside at the address where the trees will be planted.
• Tenants must have approval of the homeowner
• Residents can claim up to four trees per household
• Trees can only be planted within private property within the City of Stirling.  The are NOT suitable for verges
• Residents cannot claim trees for investment properties at which they do not live
• Trees must be planted in the ground, not in pots or containers
• Residents and tenants will be asked to show proof of home address to collect trees (driver’s licence, utility bill, etc).
• Residents can allocate someone else to collect on their behalf.  Please provide their information where shown when order the ticket.  They will need to bring a copy of the ticket at collect.

Conditions

1. Full address of where trees are being planted must be given including unit number
2. Any orders that do not align with the eligibility criteria will be cancelled and unable to register for any further 2023 plant or tree giveaway
3. All trees must be collected on the day and time chosen by the participant. Trees cannot be "held" for residents to collect at another time or location.
4. Any uncollected trees will be given away at the end of the event (after 10am) to other eligible residents who can show ID and provided they have not already placed an order so please make sure you are on time
5. If you are registering for trees for common area's of a strata property, ALL property owners must be in approval

• In an attempt to reduce waiting times for residents on the day of pickup, tickets have been broken down into event location, time and then plants.  So we can better manage numbers on the day, each hourly block has a limit for the total quantity of trees that can be ordered for that particular time .
