Journey: Calming | Theme: Reconnecting

The Breath Mechanics series of classes are more than a breathwork journey, they are about EMBODIMENT- returning to being in the body and awakening more of yourself with Naam Yoga, Osteopathy, Emotional Anatomy, Bio Energetics and 9D Breathwork.

Learning to move and breath within the whole body, feel the subtlety and access intuition through deep inner knowing.

Living with an awareness of subtle energy shifts within the body is powerful information for creating your life your way, quietening the noise, discerning fact from fiction, leading and parenting with confidence.

This is a container to support the curious who want more and know the only way is in.

This is a return to the body, to quiet the thinking noise and know your truth.

This is not technical analysis it is movement + breath + science of energy

Breath Mechanics is a combination of:

an interactive anatomy workshop to understand your body, where and how breath works
embodiment through science and energy principles to FEEL and LIVE more in yourself.

What is 9D Breathwork?

9D Breathwork is an immersive journey that blends the ancient technique of pranayama
(breathwork) with hypnosis and a range of vibrations, sounds, and frequencies designed to
access the subconscious mind, release trapped emotions and traumas, and help rewire the
brain by accessing the nervous system and bodily intelligence.

Through a carefully designed combination of breath patterns, guided visualization, and
immersive soundscapes, you may experience:

Altered states of consciousness
A feeling of deep calm and relaxation
Release of trapped emotions

The 9 Layers / Dimensions

Each layer is designed to create a deeply immersive experience to the core of you

Somatic Breathwork
- Specific breathing patterns designed to release tension in the nervous system bypass the thinking mind and return awareness and access to the body.
Multi-Dimensional Sound Design
- Spatial/3D audio that moves dynamically around and through the listener rather than sitting flat in standard stereo channels.
Binaural Brainwave Entrainment
- Slightly different sound frequencies played into each ear to guide the brain into slower, relaxed states like alpha and theta waves.
Solfeggio Frequencies
- Specific ancient sound vibrations (such as 432Hz harmonic tuning) intended to support emotional and energetic balance.
Isochronic Tones
- Regularly spaced pulse-beats of sound that help anchor and stabilize brainwave synchronization.
Subliminal Hypnotic Therapy
- Positive affirmations and suggestions embedded just below conscious hearing to bypass the critical thinking mind.
Guided Vocal Coaching
- Spoken therapeutic cues, storytelling, and facilitation that guide the emotional arc of the journey.
Bioacoustic Sound Effects
- Natural or environmental audio textures designed to ground the body and deepen the sensory experience.
432Hz Harmonic Tuning
Music tuned to 432Hz for a warmer, softer feel, chosen for how it lands in the body during a journey.

No previous breathwork experience is required.

Event is 18+ and for both men and women.

Doors close at 7:00 pm to create the best experience for everyone.
