Unlock the power of your breath in this immersive 9D Breathwork journey. This multi-dimensional experience combines conscious breathing, sound, healing frequencies, affirmations, and guided voice to support deep emotional release and inner transformation. It works with both the body and subconscious mind to help you clear what’s been stored –stress, emotion, heaviness, or negative patterns you’re ready to shift.

What to Bring

We’ll be providing a yoga mat and eye mask for your comfort –so there’s no need to bring those items.

To help you feel even more at ease, Please bring:

Blanket
Pillow
Comfortable clothing
Water bottle
Journal and pen (optional)

Please arrive 10 minutes before the session to allow time to settle in and ensure a smooth start.

The doors will close promptly at the scheduled start time.

If you have any of the following conditions, please let us know before the session so we can ensure your safety and offer any necessary support:

Cardiovascular conditions
High blood pressure
Chronic respiratory issues
History of aneurysms, epilepsy, or seizures
Use of heavy medications
Severe asthma (mild/moderate is okay - please bring your inhaler)
Severe mental illness (including psychosis, paranoia, or bipolar disorder)
Osteoporosis
Glaucoma
Recent surgery
Pregnancy (Unfortunately, this session is not suitable during pregnancy. Thank you for understanding)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. This helps us honour the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each session.

However if you can no longer attend you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else.

Please note: Humanitix’s processing fee is also non-refundable.
