This experience is designed to help you process sorrow, release emotional pain, and move forward with love and acceptance. This session supports you through the natural cycle of grieving, allowing you to fully feel, express, and transform your pain.

As you breathe, you'll move through waves of emotion-letting go of sorrow while embracing love, wisdom, and inner oeace all while creating space for healing and renewal. You will leave feeling lighter, supported, and deeply connected to the wisdom within you.

Grief doesn't only come from losing a loved one. It can come from the end Of a relationship, changes in your health, the loss of a dream, or a version of yourself you've had to let go of.

This Journey offers a safe, compassionate space to process emotions, release what you've been carrying, and begin moving forward at your own pace, with no judgement. You don't have to carry it alone.

What to Bring

We’ll be providing a yoga mat and eye mask for your comfort –so there’s no need to bring those items.

To help you feel even more at ease, Please bring:

Blanket
Pillow
Comfortable clothing
Water bottle
Journal and pen (optional)

Please arrive 10 minutes before the session to allow time to settle in and ensure a smooth start.

The doors will close promptly at the scheduled start time.

Contraindications

If you have any of the following conditions, Please note you can still attend if you have any of the following conditions; just inform us so we can ensure your safety and discuss any necessary additional protocols.

Cardiovascular conditions
High blood pressure
Chronic respiratory issues
History of aneurysms, epilepsy, or seizures
Use of heavy medications
Severe asthma (mild/moderate is okay - please bring your inhaler)
Severe mental illness (including psychosis, paranoia, or bipolar disorder)
Osteoporosis
Glaucoma
Recent surgery
Pregnancy (Unfortunately, this session is not suitable during pregnancy. Thank you for understanding)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. This helps us honour the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each session.

However if you can no longer attend you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else.
