This multi-dimensional experience combines conscious breathing, sound, healing frequencies, affirmations, and guided voice to support deep emotional release and inner transformation. It works with both the body and subconscious mind to help you clear what’s been stored –stress, emotion, heaviness, or negative patterns you’re ready to shift.

Discover the benefits of 9D Breathwork:

Breakthroughs and mindset shifts have been experienced by many of our clients. A single 9D journey holds the potential for more impactful results than multiple therapy sessions. Immediate, lasting transformations may include:

Stress reduction
Trauma release without verbalizing or reliving it
Management of grief, depression, anxiety, and other limiting conditions
Enhanced focus, concentration, and energy levels
Increased self-awareness
Emotional resilience
Improved sleep quality
Reignited zest for life

Many have said that what they moved through in a single session felt more powerful than what they’d uncovered in months, or even years, of talk therapy.

Whether it’s your first time doing breathwork or you’ve explored it before, this session is open to everyone.

Come just as you are – with an open heart and a willingness to explore the power of your breath.
