What to Bring

We’ll be providing a yoga mat and eye mask for your comfort –so there’s no need to bring those items.

To help you feel even more at ease, Please bring:

Please arrive 10 minutes before the session to allow time to settle in and ensure a smooth start.

The doors will close promptly at the scheduled start time.

High blood pressure
Chronic respiratory issues
History of aneurysms, epilepsy, or seizures
Use of heavy medications
Severe asthma (mild/moderate is okay - please bring your inhaler)
Severe mental illness (including psychosis, paranoia, or bipolar disorder)
Osteoporosis
Glaucoma
Recent surgery
Pregnancy (Unfortunately, this session is not suitable during pregnancy. Thank you for understanding)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. This helps us honour the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each session.

However if you can no longer attend you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else.
