Letting Go & Moving On:

Join us for a 9D Breathwork Journey " Letting Go & Moving On " at Tuam Yoga & Pilates Studio.

The Letting Go and Moving On breathwork journey is for anyone who feels stuck but knows they are ready for something new. If you have been holding onto old stories, past hurts, or patterns that no longer fit who you are becoming, this session offers a space to gently release them. It is a chance to put down the weight you have been carrying and reconnect with a sense of calm and clarity. If you feel the quiet pull toward a new beginning, this journey is here to support you.

Cultivation of Emotional Release: Harness the power of breath to dissolve lingering traumas and attachments, empowering you to embrace the present with openness and vitality.

Expansion of Life’s Horizons: Release the old, expand your limits, and step into a landscape of life that celebrates new possibilities and adventures.
Elevation of Self-Empowerment: Spark a deeper sense of autonomy and strength, fueling your journey with intentional actions and self-directed growth.

9D Breathwork

Unlock the power of your breath in this immersive 9D Breathwork journey. This multi-dimensional experience combines conscious breathing, sound, healing frequencies, affirmations, and guided voice to support deep emotional release and inner transformation. It works with both the body and subconscious mind to help you clear what’s been stored –stress, emotion, heaviness, or negative patterns you’re ready to shift.

Many have said that what they moved through in a single session felt more powerful than what they’d uncovered in months, or even years, of talk therapy.
