The Letting Go journey is designed for those who are ready to release the burdens of their past, break free from emotional blockages, and step into a state of clarity and peace. If you are holding onto pain, regret, resentment, or self-doubt, this experience will guide you toward deep healing and liberation.

The Letting Go journey is a profound 9D Breathwork experience designed to help you surrender emotional baggage and embrace a new chapter of self-empowerment. Using an immersive combination of breathwork, guided coaching, hypnotic affirmations, and transformative soundscapes, this journey creates a space for deep emotional release and healing. Throughout the session, you will be led through breath patterns and powerful intention-setting exercises, encouraging you to face and release suppressed emotions. With every inhale, you awaken your inner strength, and with every exhale, let go of the weight that no longer serves you. This experience is an opportunity to rewrite your story, forgive, heal, and step into the most liberated version of yourself.

Unique Feature:

This journey incorporates progressive breathwork, guided introspection, and cathartic release techniques, including a final breath-hold and scream release to purge deeply held emotions. The session concludes with a meditative integration phase, helping you anchor the transformation into your daily life. By the end of this journey, you will feel lighter, freer, and fully aligned with your true self.

Important Information:

9D Breathwork is a powerful practice that may evoke intense emotions and physical sensations. Participants are encouraged to embrace the experience fully, trusting in their ability to navigate whatever arises. Each participant is always in control of their journey, and can adjust their breathing pattern to manage the intensity of the experience.

We recommend you arrive on an empty stomach with no food or caffeine 2-3 hours before the event. If you do want to eat, please do your best to keep it to a light meal to maximise your journey.

Contraindications:

While 9D Breathwork can be transformative, it may not be suitable for everyone. If you have a history of seizure disorders, cardiovascular issues, or severe mental health challenges, please consult with a healthcare professional before participating. This workshop is not recommended for individuals under the age of 16 or pregnant women without prior discussion.

Trigger Warning:

The nature of this practice encourages authentic expression, which may manifest as vocalizations, movement, or emotional release. Participants are invited to honor their own process while respecting the journeys of others. If participants are feeling overwhelmed or triggered, they can signal for support. For those seeking a gentler approach, private sessions are available.

Things to note:

One Love Co will supply the yoga mats, bolsters, eye pillow and cushions for you to get cosy with. Please bring your own blanket, a pillow to be used ONLY for the Sound Bath and we recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothes to enable deep breathing and sitting/laying upon the floor with ease. A journal is recommended as are any familiar personal items that will aid you in feeling grounded (crystal, teddy, scarf, etc).

Please bring a refillable water bottle with you to stay hydrated throughout the journey.

Personal responsibility: Please make an assessment on whether you are feeling stable and resourced enough to explore the practices on offer in this event.

Arrival: Endeavour to arrive between 12:45pm - 1pm. To preserve the experience for all involved, doors will close at 1:15pm. Truly, it breaks our heart to have to turn latecomers away yet the disruption to the whole group experience by virtue of lateness does require management. We ask that you find understanding and consideration for the timebound nature of the container and make every effort to arrive on time.

🩷 We will have a 20 minute break after the Breathwork which will allow for a toilet break and a light plant based meal & fruit and herbal tea before the Sound Bath .
