🧸 Reconnecting with Your Inner Child — 9D Breathwork

You left parts of yourself behind to survive. Now it’s time to bring them back.

Reconnecting with Your Inner Child is a profound 72-minute deep-dive into the forgotten, fractured parts of yourself that are still waiting to be seen, heard, and held. This isn’t about coddling past wounds; it is a journey of radical reclamation and rebuilding trust with yourself.

Through conscious, circular breathwork and powerful visualizations, this intense 9D journey creates a fierce and compassionate space to bridge the gap between who you are and who you used to be. You will move through four potent breath holds, sighs that soften emotional armor, and a cathartic scream designed to cut through the silence of past self-abandonment. As you transition toward anchoring affirmations and four final breath holds at the session's close, you will step directly into deep somatic integration, wholeness, and healing. By breathing through the pain and standing strong in your truth, you aren’t just healing your inner child—you are rewriting your personal story and rebirthing the sovereign, integrated adult you were always meant to be.

✨ No more running. No more fragments. Just fierce connection, radical self-love, and unapologetic wholeness.
