The Releasing Guilt and Shame journey is for anyone carrying the weight of deeply ingrained guilt or shame. If past experiences, relationships or self-perception have left you feeling trapped in these emotions, this journey offers a safe and transformative path to healing. It's for those ready to explore the roots of their feelings, release them, and reclaim their sense of inner peace and self-compassion.

This 9D breathwork journey will b e hosted at Your Recovery House, corner of Organ Pipes and Thompsons Roads, Keilor North.

Please note that the driveway is the first driveway on Thompsons- a large double storey homestead on acreage with a shed and tennis court on the property.

Who is this not for:

- Those who are pregnant

- Those with significant heart conditions

- Those diagnosed with schizofrenia or Bipolar Disorder type 1
