It’s important to understand breathwork isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. This session isn't advisable for all individuals— if you are pregnant, have a history of cardiovascular issues, suffer from high or low blood pressure, or have any medical conditions potentially influenced by intense breathing exercises, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before participating in this session. I am happy to discuss further with you if you have any concerns. Upon checkout, you will be prompted to complete a health declaration relating to the above contraindications. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOUR SESSION:

Investment: $60 + BF.
Duration: 90 - 120 minutes (Session time will vary depending on the theme/journey).

Please do not have a heavy meal beforehand, aim to fast from food 2-3 hrs beforehand and keep well hydrated. Bring your water. 

Avoid caffeine for 2-4 hours before your session.

Mats, bolsters, blankets and silk eyemasks are supplied.

This offers a gentle escape from anxiety, introducing peace and balance. By partaking, participants can ease into the realm of breathwork.

A targeted breathwork experience meticulously crafted to guide you towards serene tranquillity. This journey liberates you from the tight grip of day-to-day tensions. Incorporating deep belly breathing, coherent breathing, box breathing, and the 4:2:6 method, it blends a harmonious rhythm of relaxation techniques. It provides a subtle activation, allowing you to gently explore the sensation of energising your system. You'll shed the weight of accumulated stress, making way for mental clarity, peaceful repose, and rejuvenated balance.
