9D Breathwork - The Heart of Connection Journey (ONLINE)

This journey is a somatic embrace for the "self-critical"—the individual who is often their own harshest judge. It is specifically designed for those who feel disconnected from their inner warmth, burdened by the noise of "not enough," or weary from the relentless pace of a demanding world.

It is for the soul ready to trade pressure for presence and build the "muscle" of self-kindness through the rhythmic power of the breath.

Reset your system. Release what you’ve been carrying. Reconnect with yourself.

The Heart of Connection is an immersive guided 9D Breathwork journey.
