Event Venue - The Sanctuary
Our location 20A PINEWOOD ST LITTLE MOUNTAIN - ( Near Bunnings Caloundra)
DIRECTIONS & ARRIVAL
Arrival Time
Our venue will be open 10 minutes prior to the event. Please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes early so that we can get started on time and finish on time. Going to the toliet before leaving home is advisable but we have one here for our long distance travellers.
This helps us start on time.
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ - CONTRADICTIONS
Breathwork can be taken at your own pace and you are always in control of your own experience
* Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician and the Breathwork class facilitator.
* If you are pregnant please let the facilitator know and a modified style of breathing will be given to you.
However is it not recommended for people with the following :-
* A history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack,
* High blood pressure, use of a pace-maker
* Glaucoma, retinal detachment
* Osteoporosis
* Significant recent physical injuries or surgery.
* Severe mental illness
* Epilepsy or Seizure disorders
* On major medications.
* Family history of aneurysms.
