It only takes a few minutes and helps me understand where you're at and create the best possible experience for you

Please make sure you've read the event information and arrive a little early so we can begin on time. Doors close at 9:00 am.

Bring:
• Water
• Comfortable clothing
• An open mind
• Whatever you need to feel comfortable lying down

Eye masks and yoga mats are available at the venue - NOTE: the floor is wooden so additional comfort is always a bonus

Avoid a heavy meal for approximately two hours before the session, but remain appropriately hydrated.
Avoid alcohol or caffeine in large doses 12hrs before the event
