Join The Breath Foundry for an immersive two-hour breathwork experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect and create space for yourself.

Through guided conscious breathing, immersive sound and headphones, you’ll be taken through a unique journey focused on four key elements: Breathe. Regulate. Release. Connect.

Come back to yourself through conscious breath, create space to regulate, let go of what you no longer need and reconnect with yourself and the experience of simply being present.

No previous breathwork experience is needed, just come with an open mind and a willingness to try something different.
