The inspiration behind this session came from a desire to bridge the gap between the healing potential of altered states and the growing dangers of irresponsible psychedelic use. Too often, seekers enter chemically induced journeys without proper support or integration.
9DMT was created to offer a natural, non-substance-based path to similar depths—one that is both powerful and safe.

This is the first-ever 9D Breathwork session recorded live inside a traditional Temazcal Ceremony—a deeply sacred ritual space rarely opened to outsiders, let alone microphones. It features live shamanic vocals, channeled chants, and psychoacoustic design intended to emulate the multidimensional experience of DMT—without substances.

Following your breath journey, you will be immersed in a beautiful dynamic sound bath experience to integrate and help land what has come through.
Time for sharing and connection is encouraged, with Olivia and Tarsha available for further support.

This event is open to individuals of all levels, whether you are new to breathwork or have previous experience.

What to Bring:
- yoga mat or similar
- mug/cup
- wear loose, comfortable clothing. Dress warm in layers, with socks on!
- small blanket
- flat pillow and eye mask (or a face cloth folded in half makes a good substitute)
- water bottle
- most importantly, come with an open mind and heart

Please arrive 10 minutes before the advertised start time to say hello and get settled in.

Avoid eating heavy foods or drinking anything besides water before coming.

As a trained primary school teacher, graduate of Elementum Coaching Institute as a trauma-informed Coach, Breath Master and 9D Breathwork facilitator, and mother to my 2.5 year old daughter, I'm passionate about combining these lenses to create lasting transformation and healing for individuals, couples, and within families and the school environment.

Shaped by seasons of change and deep inner work, my journey has woven together the threads of NLP, Parts Therapy, Somatic Release, and the wisdom of neuroscience. From life’s upheavals emerged a toolkit — not just learned, but lived — intuitive, integrative, and uniquely my own.

I'm dedicated to sharing the immense healing and life-upgrading capability of 9D Breathwork, expressing my story and knowledge gained through my solo pregnancy and birth experiences and helping other mums navigate their journey, while also working towards developing a breathwork program for schools in New Zealand.

I’m the heart behind InnerYouHealing, where healing becomes a journey home. With over a decade immersed in the healing arts—9D Breathwork, somatic bodywork, Reiki, reflexology, massage—I guide others in releasing what’s stored, remembering what’s true, and realigning with their innate power.

My path was shaped by early trauma that disconnected me from my body, voice, and worth. Yet a whisper within always knew healing was possible. That whisper led me to breath, to the body, to spirit—and ultimately to 9D Breathwork, the missing piece that helped me rewire the mind, release the past, and truly come home to myself.

My work is deeply somatic, rooted in the belief that trauma lives in the body—and so does the medicine. When we create the right conditions, the body remembers how to heal.

I’m also a mama to a wildly intuitive little girl, and a wife to my soulmate of 20 years—both my greatest mirrors and teachers. When I’m not holding sacred space, you’ll find me barefoot in nature, near water, sipping cacao, and playing with sound, frequency, crystals, vibrational essences, a deep diving into the inner work.

A breathing session may not be suitable for you if you have the following conditions:

anyone taking heavy medication
severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia
bipolar
osteoporosis
recent surgery
glaucoma
currently pregnant
People with asthma should bring their own inhaler and consult with their physician and breathing session instructor before participating.
Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis or any person with a mental illness who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support.
