I'm honoured to share this space with you and offer guidance through what may be one of the biggest turning points in your life!

I knew I had experienced something special after my first breathwork session in 2019. This was the beginning of a 5 year deep-dive, learning all I could about trauma, emotion, energetics, and breathwork, with certifications as a Breath Master and 9D Breathwork facilitator as well as an Elementum Coaching Institute trauma-informed coach. I have an array of experience in NLP, Parts Therapy, Somatic Release Techniques, and Neuroscience Based Modalities, and coupled with my background in Primary School education, creates a unique set of skills and tools in my belt. Annnd not forgetting the HUGE life shifts and challenges I've navigated through at the same time - they are often the best teachers of them all!

Today I am passionate about providing the immense healing and life-upgrading capability of 9D Breathwork - a revolution and game-changer in the personal development, physical and mental health spaces.
