Welcome to this 360 Emergence Practice Lab Journey with Delamay Devi

As part of my 360 Emergence Apprenticeship program I'm embarking on this year with Kate Shela and Amber Ryan I'm offering Practice Labs to gain experience in guiding this specific body of work / embodiment journey.

And you're invited to be part of this journey!

During this 75 minute 360 Emergence Practice Lab Journey we'll be moving with Sukha which is a Sanskrit word for Embodied Ease. The invitation is to come as you are and explore your easeful edges as we step away from expectation and the inner critic and make friends with our authentic easeful-selves. Together we’ll journey through a terrain of somatic exploration using music and invitational facilitation as a guide to move and breathe in alignment with what it means to move and fall in love with our innate Embodied Ease.

The body is our divining rod, music our ally, silence our guide. In this time of fragmentation, information overload, lets unplug from the network and plug into the net that works.

The 360 Emergence is an embodiment, free-form, spirit-driven movement practice motivated by an ethic of care and justice that bridges dance and personal growth, rigor and freedom, individuality and the global collective.
