What to expect:

A Powhiri opening (a traditional Māori welcome) will be held in the New Zealand Garden, followed by a smoking ceremony, grounding the event in Indigenous protocols and respect.
Guests will enjoy light waterside refreshments by the fountain at Nurragingy Reserve.
A multicultural degustation dinner, where each course will be part of a larger narrative exploring Indigenous philanthropy through a diverse cultural lens.
