A Body-Led Journey of Soul Remembering Midday Sessions
Description
This is a 6-week guided journey blending body-led listening, hypnosis, and soul-level exploration, including age and past-life regression. Each week includes guided hypnosis, reflective practices, and community connection with other women, designed to move at the pace of your body and nervous system.
The intention of this journey is not to fix you, but to help you remember who you are beneath old patterns, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and feel more grounded, clear, and aligned as you move forward.
What the Journey Looks Like
Over the course of this journey, you’ll be guided through a gentle, body-led process that unfolds week by week. Each week builds on the last, allowing awareness, regulation, and soul-level remembering to emerge at a pace that feels safe and supported.
You’ll move from noticing and taking stock, to understanding where patterns come from, to choosing new ways of responding that feel true in your body. The final weeks focus on grounding, integration, and self-love, helping you carry what you’ve remembered forward into everyday life.
Week 1 – Taking Stock
You begin by arriving.
You’ll take stock of what you already have, both in your outer life and your inner world. Skills, coping mechanisms, strengths, and patterns. Nothing is labelled as good or bad. You’re simply noticing.
Through hypnosis, you’ll see yourself through a non-judgemental lens, allowing awareness and safety to grow. Find your North Star. Why are you here? What’s calling you into this work?
Week 2 – Understanding Your Patterns
This week is about awareness without blame.
You’ll explore where certain beliefs and reactions began, guided by your body rather than your mind. Through hypnosis, we start with age regression and explore past-life themes.
You’ll recognise that many patterns formed in moments where you had little control. This creates compassion, relief, and softening. No fixing, no forcing. Just understanding.
Week 3 – Choosing Differently
This week uncovers old patterns.
You’ll reflect on how you currently respond to everyday situations and how you’d like to respond instead. Through hypnosis, old patterns are replaced with new ones that feel true and safe in your body.
Week 4 – Grounding & Moving Forward
This week supports stability and trust.
You’ll focus on grounding and regulation, helping your body feel safe to move forward. Through hypnosis, you’ll connect with your higher self and experience what it feels like to stand in confidence and support, even when things feel uncertain.
Week 5 – Integration & Self-Love
The final week brings everything together.
You’ll be guided through a self-love hypnosis, supporting acceptance of where you are right now. You’ll create a physical anchor, an object infused with intention, to return to when life feels busy or overwhelming.
Week 6 – Community - Women’s Circle
You’ll also be invited into a women’s circle, offering connection and witnessing without advice or fixing. This will be held at the end of the program and flows into an ongoing online community and fortnightly women’s circles.
The 1st circle theme is:
“I am a different woman now.”
Who are you becoming, and how do you allow yourself to be seen?
This journey isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you already are, by listening to your body and moving at a pace that feels safe and true.
The Space We’re Creating Together
This journey is held as a safe, non-judgemental space where you don’t need to explain, fix, or perform.
It’s a space where you’re met as you are. Where you can feel seen and witnessed without being analysed. Where you’re supported, not rushed. Encouraged, not pushed.
Many women who’ve shared their needs with me spoke about wanting a place where they could open up honestly, be held in their experience, and still feel hopeful and forward-moving. A space that feels grounding and steady, while also allowing excitement, possibility, and growth.
That’s the tone of this journey. Gentle. Supportive. Real.
A space to be yourself, and to move forward in a way that feels true to you.
How You May Feel After the Journey
Everyone’s experience is different, and nothing here is forced.
That said, many people notice subtle but meaningful shifts as they move through this journey.
You may find that you feel:
more grounded in yourself and your body
less caught in overthinking or looping patterns
clearer about what’s yours to carry and what isn’t
more compassionate toward yourself and your past
steadier when emotions arise, rather than overwhelmed by them
You might notice changes in how you respond to everyday life.
Situations that once felt heavy or reactive may feel easier to meet. Decisions can begin to come from a quieter, more aligned place rather than urgency or fear.
Some people describe a sense of remembering.
A feeling of coming back into themselves.
A deeper trust in their own inner knowing and timing.
This journey doesn’t promise a new life.
It supports you in meeting your life differently.
Next Steps
If this journey feels like a quiet yes in your body, here’s how to move forward.
Check in with yourself
Before signing up, take a moment to notice how this lands for you.
You don’t need to be certain or have everything figured out. Curiosity and openness are enough.
If this work feels supportive, spacious, and aligned, trust that response.
This Is a Beta Journey
This offering is the beta version of A Body-Led Journey of Soul Remembering.
Because of this, you’ll be invited to share feedback along the way. After each session, you’ll receive a short reflection or feedback form so you can let me know what landed well, what felt supportive, and what could be refined.
Your insights help shape the future of this work, while you receive the full depth of the journey live.

Who’s Holding the Space
Welcome, my name is Lou.
I work with women who are self-aware, sensitive, and tired of understanding their patterns without being able to shift them. My work brings together body-led listening, hypnosis, nervous system awareness, and soul-level exploration, including age and past-life regression.
This work comes from lived experience, years of holding space, and my own journey of listening to the body rather than overriding it. I’m an intuitive psychic, trained in hypnosis and energy-based practices, and I’ve spent years holding space in group and one-on-one settings, supporting women through moments of remembering, regulation, and deep inner change.
I don’t believe in forcing breakthroughs or fixing people. I believe the body already knows, and when it feels safe enough, it remembers.
I’ll be walking this journey alongside you, holding the container, guiding the process, and trusting your body to lead what’s ready.
FAQs
- What kind of work will we be doing?
The session includes body-led listening, guided hypnosis, and gentle inner exploration. Depending on the offering, this may include nervous system regulation, age regression, or soul-level exploration such as past-life themes, always at a pace that feels safe and supported.
- Do I need any prior experience to attend?
No prior experience is needed. This work is guided and accessible, and you’re invited to meet yourself exactly where you are. Curiosity and openness are enough.
- Is this therapy or counselling?
No. This is not a replacement for therapy or medical care. It is a guided, experiential workshop designed to support awareness, self-connection, and personal insight.
- What if I don’t believe in past lives or spiritual concepts?
You don’t need specific beliefs to take part. You’re invited to approach the work with curiosity rather than certainty. Everything is offered as an experience, not something you’re required to believe or interpret in a particular way.
- Will I be asked to share or speak in the group?
Sharing is always optional. You’re welcome to participate quietly and internally. The space is held as non-judgemental and respectful, and you choose how visible you want to be.
- Is this a safe space?
Yes. Creating a safe, grounded, and non-judgemental environment is central to how Lou holds her workshops. Nothing is forced, and you’re encouraged to honour your own boundaries throughout.
- What should I bring?
You may like to bring a journal and something to write with. Comfortable clothing is recommended. You’ll be guided with everything else you need during the session.

Emotional responses are a natural part of inner work. You’ll be guided to stay connected to your body and grounded. You’re always in control of your experience, and support is available during the session.

Yes. Feeling nervous or unsure is very common. Many people arrive feeling exactly that way. You’re welcome to reach out beforehand if you’d like to talk things through.

This workshop is held live on Zoom, so you can join from wherever you are.
- Will the session be recorded?

Live attendance is encouraged where possible, as being part of the shared space can deepen the experience, but there’s no requirement to attend live.
- What about privacy if it’s recorded?
Recordings are shared only with registered participants. You’re always in control of your level of participation, and sharing or speaking is optional.
