'A Boy in a Book' CAST C
Event description
Come and join the students at PLAY! Drama Workshops as we present our latest Drama showcase
THE BOY IN THE BOOK!
Each year, PLAY produces a large-scale original production, providing an opportunity for all its’ members to perform on a large-scale stage. This annual production brings together our entire community, from young performers to dedicated volunteers, who contribute behind the scenes in creative and technical roles. Students of all ages take part, experiencing performing under stage lights, in full costume, and using professional microphones. This event is more than just a performance—it is a celebration of teamwork, creativity, and the joy of storytelling on a large scale.
This year’s production, The Boy in the Book, tells the story of a young boy who finds himself lost in a book, traveling through a collection of different stories and worlds. As he navigates his way through the pages, he encounters a variety of characters and adventures. Our PLAY shows are written with our students in mind, and often involve a lot of comedy and room for our students to showcase their individual class talents.
