Chances are, it's a moment in time you choose to forget. A time of embarrassment, confusion, anxiety and sometimes even trauma.

What if you could rewrite this story?

For too long, young women have entered menstruation without the honouring, rite of passage, and celebration they deserve. Instead of being welcomed into womanhood with reverence, we were taught to hide, to be ashamed and to feel 'dirty', not truly connecting to our womb space. In turn, this disconnect from our body brought us further away from our authentic selves and deeper into a sense of shame around something so beautiful and natural.

The Seeding Ritual offers a sacred space to return, remember, and reframe. Together, we journey back to that pivotal time to meet the inner maiden within: the girl who was confused, unseen, silenced. We honour her. We listen. We heal.

You'll be guided to gently unpack your experiences and emotions, and what you feel you needed during that time, that you might not have received. Intertwined with a deeply profound Cacao Ceremony, feel your heart opening as you begin to reweave your story- one rooted in empowerment, self-love, and deep womb connection.
