A Celebration of Belonging with Ruby Susan
Event description
Join us for a special event in celebration of Neurodiversity Week & Neighbours Every Day 2025, where we explore the power of belonging, identity, and authentic connection.
We’re thrilled to welcome Ruby Susan (they/them)—a neurodivergent bisexual nerd and an award-winning activist and advocate—who has been breaking down walls in queer and disability spaces. Through their lived experience and deep community work, Ruby will share their journey to discovering their authentic self and why belonging is essential for thriving, not just surviving.
This event is free to join and is proudly supported by Relationships Australia.
✨ In this conversation, Ruby will share:
✅ The importance of belonging and what it truly means
✅ The intersection of neurodivergence, queerness, and disability
✅ How to foster inclusive spaces in our communities
✅ Practical ways to create belonging in everyday life
