A Coffin Weaving Workshop with Zimmi Forest
Description
During this two-day, hands on workshop, Zimmi Forest will facilitate & instruct participants on how to weave a beautiful coffin and shroud bearer from Cats Claw Vine. This is an invasive species and will be sourced and harvested locally for this event.
Zimmi has been teaching groups to weave for over 30 years

Includes two-day workshop, Friday and Saturday nights accomodation and a nourishing shared evening meal will be provided on both nights. Please inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Wangat Lodge is located at the foot of the Barrington Tops World Heritage National Park and is 1.5 hours from Newcastle. This is a unique 50 acre property of pristine sub tropical rainforest and wildlife sanctuary on the beautiful Chichester River.
