Theme: A Coming Home

The breath is a powerful tool which enable's us to come home to our body. Many of us can create various way's to disconnect and/or disassociate from our body which can manifest into various experiences of pain, anxiety, stress, dis-ease and challenges in our life. With many challenges presented to us over the past 2 years many of us have had to face some of our darkest moments.

You may feel like you are the one that has been holding everything together for everyone else - let this be your time to let go.
You may be the one who has been feeling a little off path, lacking clarity and seeking something new - let this be the space you need.
You may feel a deep yearning for greater connection in your life, allowing your heart to lead and spirit to guide you...Or you are curious about breathwork and ready to lean into your edges. This space is for all walk's of life from experienced "breather's" to someone who has never dabbled in breathwork before.

This is the space that your soul has been waiting for... a space to journey into the remembering of what it feel's like to come "home"
Home to yourself, your body, your heart & soul.

The intention from this experience is for you to leave with a grounded sense, let go of anything that does not serve you whilst opening yourself up to experience greater love, connections, intimacy, joy and pleasure in your life. 

Together, we open a potent path to infinite possibilities for you to explore. 

We will drop out of the head, mind, busyness and into the feeling body opening to the wisdom and gifts that it has to offer you. 

The evening will be both joyful and deeply sacred, infused with invitations, explorations and tools to allow you to access and integrate parts of you that may have been forgotten. It will be a coming home to your full, whole and powerful self. Expect your senses to be heightened as you connect to the power of your breath. 

IMPORTANT DEETS

Who: This is a multi-gendered event. 

Wear: Layers, You may become quite cold or hot during your breathwork journey, Comfortable clothing that allows you to express yourself. Shirt and tights or loose flowing clothing - it’s all perfect! 

Bring: Water bottle, journal, yoga mat, pillow & blanket

Optional: Eye mask, sacred item to place on the altar (take home when you leave) 

Style of Breathwork:
Soulside Breathwork - An intuitively guided breath work weaving in breath awareness, mind-body connection, conscious connected breath with rebirthing breath style principles followed by a guided meditation.

YOUR HOST
Sarhan is a Breathwork + Meditation Facilitator, Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher, Bodyworker and Healer. She has worked in the Health and Fitness Industry for the past 10 years and has studied various tools and modalities in alternative and holistic practices. Throughout her own self love journey; having experienced Chronic Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Binge Eating and Sexual Trauma it was meditation and breathwork that was the catalyst for her in her healing. She is extremely passionate about sharing the message of Self Love by weaving together the different modalities she has studied and practiced over the last 10 years to create empowering experiences for all of her clients. By combining movement, breathwork and healing her unique style of facilitation and mentoring allows anyone who works with her to experience a safe and supported environment to start to cultivate a deeper connection of trust within their own bodies, create an environment for healing to take place and return to love. To ultimately live and lead in alignment with their highest form of expression, open their hearts to love and achieve desired states of self love, optimal health and happiness.

I was truly immersed in the space and I feel grateful to have had the experience. I feel calm and peaceful this morning and loved. Thank you to you beautiful and powerful women for brining me alive. 

The Experience was a journey of deepening into my truth and desires, connecting with a beautiful community and then dreaming the vision of seeing a world celebrating life in this way.

I am still on such a high from last night, I felt such a beautiful connection to everyone in the room. The world needs this work to bring awareness to the connection and community that is available when we step into our truth. It needs this community to encourage and give strength to all sovereign beings. This will spread and support a new way of being in the world, a way of true freedom, love and joy.

I think the power of love and connection is always needed. In these uncertain and often scary times even more so.
