9D Meditative Sound Experience, Spinal Energetics & Naturopathic Nervous System Support

A deeply restorative five-week journey designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and support a nervous system that feels constantly “on.”

This experience blends 9D immersive meditative sound, guided breath awareness, Spinal Energetics, somatic practices and naturopathic nervous system support to create a space where you can soften, unwind and reconnect on a deeper level.

Rather than pushing the body into release, each session is designed to create the conditions where your nervous system can feel safe enough to settle.

You simply arrive, lie down, put your headphones on and allow yourself to receive. What You’ll Experience Across the five weeks,

sessions include:

• 9D immersive meditative sound journeys

• Gentle guided breath awareness

• Nervous system down-regulation

• Spinal Energetics- energetic alignment

• Somatic and energetic awareness

• Emotional integration and subconscious exploration

• Optional Naturopathic nervous system support

• Optional individualised herbal medicine support, where clinically appropriate

The Naturopathic Difference

As a Bachelor of Health Science qualified Naturopath, Claire brings an additional physiological layer to this journey. Stress is not only emotional —

it also involves the body’s stress-response systems, including the HPA axis, the communication pathway between the brain and adrenal glands.

For suitable participants, there is the option to discuss naturopathic and herbal support traditionally used to support relaxation, stress resilience and nervous system regulation.

The intention is to help you arrive on the mat feeling more grounded, calm and receptive — allowing you to potentially move more deeply into the 9D sound, meditation and Spinal Energetics experience.

Herbal medicine is optional and individualised, taking into account medications, health history and contraindications.

Week 1 — Safety & Grounding Creating a greater sense of safety within the body, slowing the stress response and reconnecting with yourself.

Week 2 — Releasing Stored Stress Working somatically and energetically with tension, holding patterns and accumulated stress.

Week 3 — Emotional Regulation & Boundaries Supporting emotional resilience and the ability to stay connected to yourself without becoming overwhelmed.

Week 4 — Trust & Surrender Softening control, deepening body awareness and creating space for intuition, connection and inner trust.

Bonus Week 5 —

Release & Let Go A deeper 9D Breathwork experience for those who feel ready for a more activating journey, supporting emotional release, subconscious exploration and integration.
