Are you part of an incorporated society that hasn’t yet re-registered under the new Incorporated Societies Act 2022? The deadline of 5 April 2026 is now less than 7 months away.

Re-registration isn’t automatic – and updating your constitution can take time, especially if member consultation is needed. Don’t leave it to the last minute.
