Local Julie Frost from Mrs Frost’s Kitchen invites you into her space for a chatty and engaged country style cooking demonstration featuring her range of homemade pantry products and some of the Scenic Rim region’s unique seasonal ingredients.

Afterwards, enjoy a flavourful tasting experience of six mini courses that will surely inspire your own home-cooking adventures with plenty of tips, tricks and take-home recipe notes.

Hosted by and set amidst the divinely luxe My Country Escape homewares store in Canungra, this intimate foodie gathering will end with an exclusive shopping opportunity for guests only.

There are four early evening events scheduled during Eat Local Month, each limited to just 16 guests and with ticket sales closing eight days prior to the event date.

Please bring your own beverages in a small cooler bag and we will provide the glassware to sip from. Dress warmly to dine outdoors on the deck if the weather permits, or inside if not.

Due to the intimate nature of this event, the set menu cannot be changed to accommodate special dietary requests with several of the courses likely to include animal protein including shellfish, dairy, nuts, eggs and/or gluten.
